VM Natural - Sparkle Filter

Download then unzip to your Plug In folder.

PSP & AS

A Tube or image of your Choice

Let’s Go

Open PSP.
Open your tube
Copy, Paste and close the original tube.

Add your name or any text you wish to the image.
Add any effects or drop shadow.  What ever you like.
Save as a PSP image.

Click Layers/Duplicate twice so you have 3 layers.
Rename these layers 1, 2 & 3.

In your Layers Palette Close layers 2 & 3

Highlight Layer 1
Click Effects/Plus-in Filters/VM Natural/Sparkle
Settings:
Max Size 50
Random Seed 1040
Leave Red, Green, Blue the same.
Click OK

In your Layer Palette Close layers 1 & 3

Highlight Layer 2
Click Effects/Plus-in Filters/VM Natural/Sparkle
Settings:
Max Size 40
Random Seed 80
Leave Red, Green, Blue the same.
Click OK

In your Layer Palette Close layers 1 & 2

Highlight Layer 3
Click Effects/Plus-in Filters/VM Natural/Sparkle
Settings:
Max Size 30
Random Seed 60
Leave Red, Green, Blue the same.
Click OK

Uncheck all layers.

Save as PSP image

Open AS
Click File/Open and your saved image.
Click View/Animation

If you like it, Save as gif.
