1 - Choose your tube or graphic.  If using a graphic, apply a mask.  I just made it oval and deleted the background.

2 - Choose two (2) colors from your tube.  Preferably the same color but different shades.  Create a gradient using:  Foreground/Background - Angle 45, Repeat 3.

3 - Resize your tube to 350 Height

4 - Create a new image 1200 x 350.

5 - Fill image with your gradient.

6 - Effects/Plug Ins/Sybia/Xaggerate.  Settings all 100.

7 - Effects/image effects/seamless tiling.  Settings:  Mirror, Bidirectional, width 100.

8 - Add a new layer.  Fill layer with your light color.

9 - Adjust the opacity to 50 or whatever you like so it is readable.

10 - Paste your tube and move to the far left.

11 - Add a new layer and add your watermark

12 - Merge All.

13 - Save optimized at 25.
