Wild Rose Tag
This is what we will be making.

Supplies include the tube and mask used.
Here
1)  Open the tube you intend to use.
2)  Select a light color from your tube for the background.  Chose a darker color for the foreground.  Minimize tube for now.
3)  Open new transparent image.
4)  Set the material palette to gradient - Angle 90, Repeat 3.  Fill image with gradient.
5)  Adjust > Add/Remove Noise > Uniform, Monochrome checked, Noise 10 %
6)  Image Effects > Offset > Horizontal 100, Vertical 0, Custom, Repeat
7)  Image Effects > Seamless Tiling > Mirror, Bidirectional, Horizontal 0,  Vertical 22, Wodth 100
8)  Open Mask, EdgeMask111ms2.jpg.  Minimize
9)  Layers > New Mask Layer > From Image.  Chose Mask from drop down menu.  Check invert, OK
10)  Layers > Delete.  Answer Yes.  Merge Group.
11)  Add Drop Shadow:  Settings - Horizontal & Vertical 1, Opacity 80, Blue 5
12)  Chose Selection Tool - Rectangle, Feather 0, Antialias unchecked.
13)  Start at 150 and draw a rectangle as below:

15)  Crop
16)  Image > Canvas Size > 300 x 300, Left Corner
17)  Change gradient to Angle 45, Repeat 3.
18)  Add New Layer.  Arrange > Send to Bottom.  Fill with Gradient.
19)  Add Noise same as Step 5
20)  Image Effect > Offset same as Step 6
21)  Effects > Simple Filter > Diamonds
22)  Open tube, Copy and paste as new layer.
23)   Using the mover tool, position tube to the right as shown in sample tag.
24)  Add new layer. 
25)  Add Border 5 Symmetric using background color.
26)  Add Border 15 Symmetric using foreground color.
27)  With magic want, Select the border.
28)  Effects > Simple Filter > Diamonds
29)  Add Drop Shadow - Settings - Horizontal & Vertical 3, Opacity 80, Blue 5
30)  Repeat Drop Shadow but change Horizontal & Vertical to minus 3
31)  Effects > 3D Effects > Inner Bevel - Settings See Screen Shot below

33)  Save as a jpg blank for future use.
34)  Add New Layer
35)  Add name and highlight as desired.  Filled the text with a piece of my tube, then inner bevel and drop shadow.
36)  Rotate > 90 degrees Left
37)  Using mover tool, position on the left side.
38)  Save as jpg, optimizing about 25-30.
