Includes theTube and Mask I used.

1)  Open tube into PSP.  Windows/Duplicate twice.  Close the original.  Minimize one copy.
2)  Add a new raster layer.  Layers/Arrange/Send to bottom.  Fill with a color from your tube.
3)   Merge Visible.
4)  Effects/Image Effects/ Seamless Tiling.
     Settings:  Corner/Bidirectional/Vertical & Horizontal offset 0,  Transition 50/linear - OK  Copy & Minimize.
5)  Open transparent new image 400 x 400.  Selections/Select All.  Edit/Paste into Selection.  Deselect.
6)   Open mask - designz-geometricmask1.jpg
7)  Highlight your working image.  Layers/New Mask Layer/ From Image.  Choose mask from drop down menu.  Check Source
      Luminance. 
8)  Layers/Delete.  Answer Yes.  Layers/Merge/Merge Group.
9)  Effects/3D effects/Inner Bevel.  Setting below:
10)  Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow.  Vertical & Horizontal 1, Opacity 90, Blur 5 Color Black.
11)  Add a new raster layer.  Layers/Arrange/Send to bottom.  Fill with a light color from your tube.
12)  Effects/Texture Effects/Blinds.  Width 10, Opacity 60, Check Horizontal & Light from Left/Top.  Color White.
13)  Lower opacity of this layer to 60% or whatever you like.  Merge All (Flatten)
14)  Copy your tube and Paste as a New Layer.  Resize.  All Layers unchecked.  Position your tube to leave room for a name.
15)  Add New Layer.  Add Name.  Position with your Mover Tool.  Add an Inner Bevel & Drop Shadow as above.
16)  I resized to 300 x 300.  All Layers Checked.  Adjust/ Sharpen/Sharpen
17)  Save as a jpg.  I optimize about 25-30 % to make the file smaller.
