Adding Glitter using Noise

| Open a new transparent
image 400 x 400. Add your tube or graphic. |
| Add your text
and accent it any way you like. |
| If you have layers,
merge at this time. |
| Using your lasso
tool, outline the area of your image you want to add the glitter to. |
| Copy your image
and make 3 copies. Close the original. You could also duplicate
the layer to have 3 layers. |
| On the
first image or layer 1, add noise at 30.
On the second image or layer
2, add noise at 40.
On the third image or layer
3, add noise at 50.
Save your image as psp or pspimage. |
| Open Animation
Shop and open the image you saved. |
| View Animation.
If you are satisfied with the results, save image as a gif. |
