3 Ovals Side Border

Needed:
PSP - I used PSP9 but this
could be done in any version.
3 Similar graphics (I used
3 bird graphics but flowers or anything else could work)

Put Texture into PSP texture
folder

Let's Go
1 - Open Winni's Accent is PSP. Choose either accent
NOTE: To colorize the accent:
a - Image > Greyscale
b - Image > Increase Color Depth - 16 million colors
c - Adjust > Color Balance > Manual Color Correction
In target square, choose the color you want.
2 - Edit > Copy > Paste as new image. Be sure size of accent is 397 hright.
3 - Close original
4 - Using magic Wand, Click inside top oval.
5 - Selections > Modify > Expand 1
6 - Open first graphic.
7 - Using selection tool
- rectangle, outline a prominent area of graphic.
8 - Edit > Copy > Paste into Selection on top oval.
9 - Do not deselect
10 - Layer > New Layer
11 - Effects > 3D Effects
> Cutout
Settings: 5 - 5 -
50 - 5.00
12 - Repeat Cutout using H & V minus 5
13 - Repeat Steps 4 - 12
for each oval & graphic
Return to Oval layer for
each oval.
14 - Layers > Merge Visible
15 - Add drop shadow of choice, if desired
16 - Image > Canvas Size 1280 x 397
17 - Tick middle or lower left box
18 - Layers - New Layer
19 - Layers > Arrange > Send to bottom
20 - Choose a color from your image in your material palette.
21 - Fill the new layer with this color.
22 - Effects > Texture Effects
> Texture. Find winni.texture.39.bmp
Settings: 125 - 0 - 1 -
0 - 0 - white - 315 - 50 - 30
23 - Effects > Image Effects > Seamless Tiling Default Setting
24 - Layers > New Layer
25 - Add your watermark
26 - Save as optimized jpg at 25%
27 - Assemble in Letter Creator
